Why should one apply for early action?
The application period for the Early Action program ends on 15 October. Applying via the Early Action program affords the students involved to know earlier about the application decision – usually before December 1st. This will give EA students more time to know more about UGA before their commitment ends.
EA applicants will be given three possible decisions:

- a deferral admission decision, or a
